Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 0 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of 30% is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
The prices shown are per night. A fixed fee of €50.00 for final cleaning and sanitization will be added to the total amount of your booking. Please note: our special rates for 3-4 night stays and discounted weekly rates for stays over 5 nights are automatically calculated and applied by the system at checkout.
🏍️ Special Winter & Spring Session (January - March): Are you riders training in the Sinis area? We offer exclusive flat rates for long-term stays: fixed price of €905.00 for 10 nights or €1,900.00 for 21 days. The property is perfect for athletes, equipped with a washing machine for technical gear. April (Race Month): Dedicated rates for event weekends with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Discounts and specific prices are automatically applied when selecting your dates.
